A playful pop-up experience about hidden overseas transfer fees, featuring interactive game stations, exclusive merchandise, and immersive touchpoints.
ABOUT THE PROJECT
Located in Funan’s mall atrium, the activation was inspired by the local “kan cai tou” (white carrot head) saying, turning the busy public space into a culturally rooted campaign environment.
Partnering with Sweatshop’s concept, we handled production, fabrication, and interactive build execution, bringing the installation and game experience to life for shoppers.

We delivered the full production and experiential execution of the activation, bringing the campaign to life.
Our scope included fabrication of the themed installation, development of interactive game setups, spatial build, technical coordination, and on-site deployment. This includes a motion-sensor chopping game for visitors to have fun with.
From structural construction to final branded details, every component was produced and installed to create an engaging and memorable pop-up brand experience for visitors.
