A night of glitz, glamour, and nostalgia. The DBS Service Recognition Awards honours the people behind the bank’s success. Each year, we bring this milestone celebration to life for over 1,800 attendees.
ABOUT THE PROJECT
Since 2022, we have partnered with DBS to produce the annual Service Recognition Awards at Sands Expo & Convention Centre, a large-scale celebration recognising long-serving employees across the organisation.
With over 1,800 guests in attendance each year, the ceremony balances prestige and persoanal recognition. From end-to-end event production to AI-enabled engagement and personalised keepsakes for awardees, the experience has evolved annually while maintaining its core purpose: honouring people.
The 2024 edition also marked the farewell of CEO Piyush Gupta, adding a meaningful and historic moment to the event’s legacy.
LIVE STAGE INTERACTION
We turned the ceremony into a fully interactive experience by connecting guests directly to the LED stage. Attendees scanned a QR code and joined a synchronised digital toast, shaking a champagne bottle on their phones to collectively trigger a live bottle pop animation on screen.
They could also tap emoji reactions in real time, which instantly appeared on the main LED wall. This added energy and spontaneity to the ballroom, allowing over 1,000 guests to participate together instead of just watching.

PERSONALISED RECOGNITION BOOKS
Recognition continued beyond the stage through more than 100 personalised keepsake books created for award recipients. Each book featured dedicated messages tailored to individual honourees, making the milestone feel personal and meaningful.
In 2024, we also produced a commemorative book for CEO Piyush Gupta as part of his farewell celebration. Staff contributed messages through a digital submission platform prior to the event, ensuring voices across the organisation were captured.

TO LIFE
Since 2022, we have delivered the full production of the DBS Service Recognition Awards at Sands Expo & Convention Centre, welcoming over 1,800 guests each year.
Our scope covered event planning, venue management, design conceptualisation, branding, logistics, spatial design, photography, and video production. We also coordinated key show moments, including senior management performances and a choreographed flash mob segment.
