Bukit Batok East National Day Celebration
The National Day’s festival held virtually. An exciting series of activities and competitions held across four weekends that culminated in a two-hour livestream.
ABOUT THE PROJECT
Traditions help to bring about a sense of normalcy and collective hope, which is why People’s Association saw it fit to organise a virtual festival for the residents of Bukit Batok East in celebration of National Day.
OUR PART
We prepared a series of exciting activities and competitions which residents could participate in. They are held across four weekends and celebrate National Day in a two-hour livestream - all from the comfort of their homes!
The live observance ceremony was conducted and recorded in line with existing pandemic regulations, and streamed directly to Facebook Live.
